Cohabs is seeking a Finance Intern to support the Finance team in improving financial processes, building reporting tools, and turning data into actionable insights across our markets.

You will contribute to finance operations, rent collection, ad hoc projects, and business reporting, while participating in month-end closing. The ideal candidate is currently studying economics/finance, proficient in Excel, and fluent in French and English.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets with pivot tables and formulas.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

At Cohabs, we don't just create places to live; we build and operate a growing international business. We are looking for a Finance Intern to support our Finance team in improving financial processes, building reporting tools, and turning data into actionable insights across our markets.

What you'll be doing:

• Finance Operations: Support the Finance team with a variety of tasks aimed at improving, streamlining, and automating our financial processes.
• Rent Collection: Monitor rent collection and reporting across all Cohabs rooms worldwide, and contribute to follow-up tools that improve visibility and help closely track occupancy rates.
• Finance Projects: Independently manage ad hoc finance projects focused on strengthening, optimizing, and automating internal financial processes.
• Business Reporting: Collaborate with other departments to build internal reporting tools tailored to their needs, and help identify, analyze, and interpret key business data.
• Month-End Closing: Participate in the closing process by preparing controlling and accounting files and supporting the Finance team with monthly reporting.
