Job summary

Industrious in Brussels is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to create great days for members by making the office welcoming each morning. You will greet guests, stock shared amenities, manage supplies, and onboard new members to ensure their first day runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face when entering the office, preparing coffee, breakfast, and stocking amenities.

• Add new members into systems so their first day is smooth.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Support local marketing events to showcase our flexible solutions.
• Guide tours when the Member Experience Manager is with another member.
