You will handle member requests, manage mail and visitor check-in, support onboarding and events, and help upsell meeting rooms and services while upholding security and smooth operations.

Fluency in French and English is required; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a consistently warm and professional welcome.
• Ensure spaces are guest-ready (cleanliness, layout, atmosphere).
• Handle member requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and visitor check-in.
• Monitor stock levels, supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Support member onboarding, internal moves, contract changes, equipment needs, and special requests.
• Ensure compliance with security, access, and internal protocols.
• Prepare, welcome guests to, and manage meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Foster informal networking and cultivate a sense of belonging.
• Identify upsell opportunities and report commercial leads.
