Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead. The role reports to the Business Adoption Director within MT SC Digital Transformation and will harmonize 40+ ERP systems while standardizing operations and enabling data strategy through SAP S/4HANA.

The position involves driving organizational change, coordinating across regions, and guiding training, communications and readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and value realization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
• MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• Significant experience leading organizational change for large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills across global organisations.
• Experience advising senior leaders on risks, milestones and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, roadmap and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the Business Adoption team across change impacts and trainings.
• Ensure readiness and engagement across value streams, regions and deployment teams.
• Maintain a programme-level view of adoption risks, dependencies and readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders to align delivery and sustain value realization.
