Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in healthcare, seeks a Transformation Director in a hybrid role. Located in Horsham, PA with alternate Beerse Belgium options, you will lead end-to-end process improvement across Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and more as part of the Transcend program.

You will guide cross-functional teams, apply DMAIC/Lean, and drive quantified value while embedding continuous improvement across our ERP transformation. Domestic and international travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Proven use of DMAIC, Lean and data analysis methods.
• Ability to translate opportunities into quantified value.
• Experience in global, regulated environments.
• Requires strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end improvement using DMAIC, Lean and systems thinking.
• Simplify and standardize processes while protecting compliance and patient safety.
• Translate strategy into executable improvement portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Use data to drive decisions; establish baselines and dashboards.
• Quantify value with finance and functional owners; track outcomes.
• Design future-state processes aligned with global templates and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Facilitate cross-functional decisions and define ownership and risks.
• Enable adoption with standard work and governance; sustain improvements.
