Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead. Based in multiple international locations or Belgium, the role drives organization-wide change management for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation across 40+ ERP systems. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

The role reports to the Business Adoption Director and will oversee communications, training, readiness, and governance to ensure value realization and sustainable adoption across diverse regions.

Formación

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years professional work experience is required.
• Significant experience leading organizational change for large-scale transformation programmes.
• Experience designing change strategies across multiple functions/regions.
• Experience advising senior leaders on risks and milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy and standards.
• Facilitate alignment across programme, business and leadership.
• Lead the Business Adoption team across change impacts and training.
• Establish governance, tools and templates for deployment teams.
• Maintain a programme-level view of readiness and adoption risks.
• Advise leadership on pace of change and milestones.
• Coordinate with value streams, training, and deployment partners to ensure delivery.
• Oversee training needs analysis, curriculum, and logistics.
• Direct communications and change network interventions.
• Coordinate readiness assessments and executive readouts.
