Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead to drive organizational change across a multi-year digital transformation. The role is part of MT SC Digital Transformation, harmonizing 40+ major global MT ERP systems, standardizing core processes and enabling data strategy through SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Based in multiple locations with remote options; requires 8+ years in change management, a bachelor’s degree, and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
Significant experience leading organizational change for large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
Experience advising senior leaders and governing programme-level change risks, milestones and outcomes.

Responsibilities

Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, approach, roadmap and standards.
Lead and coordinate the Business Adoption team across change impacts, personas, communications, engagement, training, readiness, change networks, role mapping, access management, transition and sustainment.
Maintain a programme-level view of change impacts, stakeholder groups, adoption risks, dependencies and readiness.
Partner with value stream teams to ensure aligned and integrated delivery.
Oversee training strategy, needs analysis, curriculum, material development, scheduling, logistics and deployment.
