Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead to drive organizational change for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will report to the Business Adoption Director within MT SC Digital Transformation and will coordinate across change impacts, communications, training, readiness, and sustenance.

The position requires governance of adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, and close collaboration with deployment partners to ensure value realization

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management for global ERP-led transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business, IT and leadership levels.
• Ability to design and deploy training, communications and adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, approach, roadmap and standards.
• Coordinate readiness assessments and executive readouts to support go-live decisions.
• Partner with value stream teams, People & Culture, training, technology and deployment partners to ensure aligned delivery.
• Enable business leaders to sponsor and sustain change within their areas.
• Oversee training strategy, curriculum development, and deployment activities.
