Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technology Deployment Leader for the IM Transcend program. The role will drive the end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA based digital transformation in supply chain, collaborating with senior leaders across IM and other geographies to deliver standardized processes and data-driven outcomes.

The position requires deep SAP S/4HANA proficiency, extensive experience in product management, and a track record of leading large cross-functional programs across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and Pharma industry.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into product vision.
• Deep understanding of product delivery, planning, and governance.
• Experience leading a product backlog and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Establish deployment roadmaps for value delivery.
• Balance business value with technical feasibility and prioritize features.
• Refine backlog with technical features and epics.
• Help Product Owners prioritize backlogs and manage dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineer to manage risk in backlog.
• Lead automation, regression, and load testing efforts.
• Ensure end‑to‑end build compliance and design integrity.
• Plan and execute technical testing with Engineering and UAT.
• Apply SDLC compliance and keep documentation up to date.
• Measure capabilities against demand and improve value streams.
• Build partnerships across levels to align on priorities.
• Partner with Technology Services on software engineering approaches.
