Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Planning to lead global PLAN process validation and release adoption across Transcend EMEA-OTC releases. You will collaborate with Transcend project teams and local business partners to ensure successful release cut-over while aligning with the SAP S/4HANA transition.

The role focuses on operational ownership of release lifecycle, process standardization across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Data, and serving as the business process

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning and testing processes.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive PLAN process scoping and testing strategy for EMEA OTC processes through Transcend Rel 4.
• Support solution exploration/design workshops with stakeholders.
• Guide quality decision-making by evaluating gaps and trade-offs in processes.
• Ensure readiness and compliance via governance and SOP oversight.
• Coordinate testing strategies and cycles (BST, UAT, regression) and verify acceptance criteria.
• Organize testing resources including Key Users and ERP test coverage.
• Review defects and country-specific exceptions and coordinate resolutions.
• Support hyper-care, post-go-live adoption, stabilization and value realization.
• Monitor adoption performance and address major issues and risks.
