Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager IM EMEA Agile Procurement to shape regional procurement strategies across Beerse and other markets. You will influence senior leaders, partner with Category Leaders, and drive transformational supplier initiatives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

You will lead high-value programmes, foster executive relationships, and embed procurement early in strategic planning, ensuring business growth, innovation, and risk management across the EMEA

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Master’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional procurement strategies aligned to global category direction.
• Influence senior leaders to embed procurement in strategic planning and investment discussions.
• Lead complex multi-market sourcing programmes and strategic negotiations with significant impact.
• Develop executive-level supplier relationships and governance frameworks.
• Drive delivery of enterprise value creation objectives including cost optimisation and risk reduction.
• Contribute to Agile Procurement evolution and digital/AI-enabled procurement initiatives.
