AETHER is seeking a medior Customer Contract consultant in Belgium to support customer connection studies by coordinating documentation, validating data quality and following workflow templates under the service owner's guidance.

You will structure files in operational tools, coordinate inputs with grid developers, and monitor deadlines while maintaining traceability and compliance. This on-site role is based in Brussels for a full-time assignment from 23 November 2026 to 31 December 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in an engineering/related field.
• Clear communication in Dutch and French, with professional English.
• Experience in technical coordination, customer operations or contract/document management.
• Ability to understand technical information and identify data gaps.

Responsabilités

• Register, structure and update customer connection-study files in operational tools.
• Verify completeness of technical, customer and project information.
• Coordinate missing inputs with grid development, accounts and other functions.
• Monitor milestones, deadlines and report risks.
• Prepare and maintain offers, connection-contract docs and technical annexes.
• Perform first-level data quality checks before escalation.
• Ensure version control, traceability and document storage.
