Job summary

AETHER is seeking a medior Customer Contract consultant to reinforce our Belgium-based project team. You will support customer connection-study files through coordination, documentation, data-quality checks and administrative follow-up under the guidance of the service owner.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fluency in Dutch and French with professional English, strong coordination skills, and a deadline-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with professional English.
• Experience in technical coordination, customer operations, contract or document management, or energy operations.

Responsibilities

• Register, structure and update customer connection-study files in operational tools.
• Verify completeness of technical, customer and project information for studies.
• Coordinate inputs with grid development, infrastructure and key accounts teams.
• Monitor milestones, report risks or delays, and follow up on missing information.
• Prepare and maintain draft offers, contracts and technical annexes using validated templates.
