Job summary

Novartis Belux is seeking a Medical Advisor to operationalize medical strategies into impactful country-level execution. You will lead scientific guidance, education, and congress activities across therapeutic areas, collaborating with internal teams and external medical communities.

Ideal candidates hold an MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent, with 2–3+ years in medical/clinical roles, strong data interpretation skills, and proven cross-functional leadership in medical affairs.

• Experience in medical affairs and external engagement.
• Ability to translate data into actionable medical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute medical education initiatives and scientific communications.
• Organize pre-, during-, and post-congress activities with cross-functional teams.
• Produce, adapt, and ensure quality of scientific materials and presentations.
• Ensure content adheres to ERC, local laws, governance, and compliance standards.
