Job summary

Novartis AG in Belgium seeks a Medical Advisor to operationalize medical strategies into education, congress activities, and scientific communication. You will lead cross-functional medical education initiatives, ensure compliant and impactful materials, and foster external scientific dialogue with KOLs and MEs.

You will synthesize insights from HCPs and congresses to inform TA planning and contribute to evidence generation.

Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced scientific degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute medical education initiatives (webinars, sessions).
• Organize pre-, during- and post-congress activities with cross-functional teams.
• Produce and ensure quality of scientific materials (publications, slide decks, external presentations).
• Lead high-level scientific engagement with Medical Experts and HCP networks.
• Gather external insights to influence TA strategy and evidence generation.
• Build partnerships with medical societies and academic institutions.
