Job summary

Novartis AG in Belgium is seeking a Medical Advisor to translate medical strategies into country execution, education, and congress activities. You will guide scientific exchange, enable lifecycle management, and partner across functions to deliver compliant, evidence‑based medical initiatives.

You will lead educational programs, engage with MEs and KOLs, and contribute to market access readiness with clinical attributes and patient‑related outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD-level scientific expertise and ability to interpret clinical data.
• Strong background in medical affairs and external engagement.
• Experience communicating complex science to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute medical education initiatives, including webinars and sessions.
• Organize congress activities and educational programs with cross‑functional teams.
• Produce and quality‑check scientific materials for publications and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with ERC, local laws, and governance standards.
• Lead high‑level scientific engagement with MEs and HCP networks.
• Build partnerships with societies and academic institutions.
