Job summary

Novartis Pharma nv-sa seeks a Medical Advisor to translate medical strategy into scientific communication, education, and congress activities. This role provides expert medical guidance, shapes scientific exchange, and ensures high scientific rigor across medical initiatives.

It leads medical education programs, engages with MEs and KOLs, generates insights, and supports lifecycle management with a patient-centric focus. 2–3+ years in medical/clinical roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Medical Affairs or customer-facing scientific roles.
• Strong ability to interpret clinical data and translate to scientific content.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement medical education initiatives (webinars, sessions, learning programs).
• Organize congress activities and develop high-quality scientific materials.
• Engage with Medical Experts, MEs, and KOLs for credible scientific dialogue.
• Generate external insights to shape TA strategy and evidence plans.
• Collaborate with teams on publications and clinical study design.
