Job summary

Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen our presence in the Belgian market and support the next phase of our commercial development.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will bridge Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations, shaping campaigns, content, and assets for local and international stakeholders. You will lead budget planning, KPI tracking, and data-driven improvements including automation and AI to drive lead generation and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology, security or services.
• Strong digital marketing, content, CRM/marketing automation and analytics.
• Experience with lead generation, customer engagement and sales enablement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and copywriting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Commercial mindset with hands-on execution and autonomy.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Belgian marketing plan aligned with commercial strategy.
• Strengthen market positioning, messaging and brand visibility.
• Plan and run targeted B2B campaigns for lead generation.
• Adapt European/global campaigns for the Belgian market.
• Create local content for digital channels, newsletters and sales materials.
• Collaborate with Sales on segments, campaigns and follow-up.
• Coordinate customer events, trade fairs and webinars.
• Gather market insights and translate into actionable initiatives.
• Manage the local marketing budget and external partners.

• Improve activities through data, automation and AI.

Securitas Technology Belgium is looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our presence in the Belgian market and support the next phase of our commercial development.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the key link between Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations and our Europe / Global Marketing teams.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Belgian marketing plan in line with our commercial strategy
• Strengthen our market positioning, messaging and brand visibility
• Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline contribution
• Adapt European and global campaigns, content and assets to the Belgian market
• Create relevant local content for digital channels, newsletters, customer stories and sales materials
• Work closely with Sales on target segments, campaign priorities, lead generation and follow-up
• Coordinate customer events, trade fairs, seminars and webinars from A to Z
• Gather market, customer and competitor insights and translate them into actionable initiatives
• Manage the local marketing budget and external partners
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs, engagement, leads, pipeline contribution and ROI
• Continuously improve our marketing activities through data, automation and AI
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
• Ideally 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B, technology, security or services environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, CRM/marketing automation and analytics
• Experience with lead generation, customer engagement and sales enablement
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with multiple local and international stakeholders
• Affinity with technology and complex B2B environments
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English

You are proactive, pragmatic, commercially minded and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution.
