Securitas Technology Belgium is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen its Belgian market presence and support the next phase of commercial development.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will link Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations and Europe/Global Marketing. You will shape the Belgian plan, drive campaigns, adapt global content, and manage local budgets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
• Ideally 5+ years of marketing experience in B2B, technology, security or services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, CRM/marketing automation and analytics.
• Experience with lead generation, customer engagement and sales enablement.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Belgian marketing plan in line with our commercial strategy.
• Strengthen market positioning, messaging and brand visibility.
• Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline contribution.
• Adapt European and global campaigns, content and assets to the Belgian market.
• Create local content for digital channels, newsletters and sales materials.
• Work closely with Sales on target segments, campaign priorities and follow-up.
• Coordinate customer events, trade fairs, seminars and webinars from A to Z.
• Gather market, customer and competitor insights and translate into initiatives.
• Manage the local marketing budget and external partners.
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs, engagement, leads, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Continuously improve marketing activities through data, automation and AI.

Are you a hands-on Marketing professional who knows how to turn business priorities into impactful campaigns, strong market positioning and measurable commercial results?

Securitas Technology Belgium is looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our presence in the Belgian market and support the next phase of our commercial development.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be the key link between Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations and our Europe / Global Marketing teams.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Belgian marketing plan in line with our commercial strategy
• Strengthen our market positioning, messaging and brand visibility
• Plan and execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline contribution
• Adapt European and global campaigns, content and assets to the Belgian market
• Create relevant local content for digital channels, newsletters, customer stories and sales materials
• Work closely with Sales on target segments, campaign priorities, lead generation and follow-up
• Coordinate customer events, trade fairs, seminars and webinars from A to Z
• Gather market, customer and competitor insights and translate them into actionable initiatives
• Manage the local marketing budget and external partners

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience
• Ideally 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B, technology, security or services environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content, CRM/marketing automation and analytics
• Experience with lead generation, customer engagement and sales enablement
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Commercial mindset with a hands-on approach
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with multiple local and international stakeholders
• Affinity with technology and complex B2B environments
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English

You are proactive, pragmatic, commercially minded and enjoy combining strategy with hands-on execution.
