Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a senior Performance Management and Marketing Analytics consultant to lead KPI frameworks, OKRs, and executive reporting for client projects. You will analyze complex data, drive actionable insights, and collaborate across Run & Change, MarCom, and Data teams to elevate performance governance.

The role requires strong stakeholder facilitation, cross-team collaboration, and fluency in English with knowledge of French, plus experience with Power BI, SQL, Adobe

• Deploy and improve the MarCom Watchtower across MarCom teams and domains.

• Measure MarCom's business impact including ROI and attribution models.
• Support KPI governance, data quality, and measurement methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define improvement actions.
• Embed Watchtower into governance, planning processes, and agile ways of working.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in a dynamic project environment, working on-site and remotely to deliver impactful results for our client in the field of Marketing & Communication Performance Analysis. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our core values to every engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the deployment and continuous improvement of the MarCom Watchtower across MarCom teams and domains.
• Collaborate with Run & Change and Cluster Performance Analysts to define, monitor and improve Strategic KPIs, OKRs and performance reviews.
• Perform advanced performance analyses and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for MarCom leadership.
• Contribute to the measurement of MarCom's business impact, including campaign effectiveness, ROI, commercial contribution and future attribution models.
• Support the improvement of KPI governance, data quality, KPI documentation and measurement methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to challenge results, identify root causes and define improvement actions.
• Help embed the Watchtower into MarCom governance, planning processes and agile ways of working.
• Collaborate with MarTech, Data and Business teams to further automate and industrialize performance measurement capabilities.
• Support the development of a stronger performance culture focused on outcomes, accountability and continuous improvement.

Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Marketing Analytics, or Strategy Consulting.
• Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, OKRs, performance management and executive reporting.
• Proven experience conducting complex analyses and translating insights into business recommendations, decisions and clear action plans.
• Very good understanding of marketing effectiveness, ROI measurement, attribution and business performance indicators.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Experience in financial services is considered a strong asset.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr.
• Mastery of SQL language and experience in complex data processing.
• Good knowledge of French and a passive knowledge of Dutch or vice versa, and operational in English.
