Qualifications

• Lead the adoption and business implementation of AI-powered marketing across the client's ecosystem.
• Bridge Digital Marketing, Content, SEO/GEO, CX, Data and AI to deliver business impact.
• Drive strategic AI initiatives including Website Assistant and AI-driven experiences.
• Define and prioritize use cases, translate needs into AI product requirements, roadmaps.
• Develop and scale AI agents to improve marketing performance and productivity.
• Design performance measurement frameworks and drive adoption in marketing operations.
• Define GEO strategies, monitor brand visibility in large language models, report AI visibility.

Mission Overview:

This consultancy mission offers you the opportunity to join Keystone Solutions as a Project Manager Business, working on-site at a client within the financial sector. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will represent our values and expertise while delivering impactful results in a dynamic client environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the adoption and business implementation of AI-powered marketing capabilities across the client's digital ecosystem, bridging Digital Marketing, Content, SEO/GEO, Customer Experience, Data, and AI to drive measurable business impact and improved customer journeys.
• Drive strategic AI initiatives including Website Assistant, AI-powered media optimization agents, AI-driven search experiences, and agentic AI solutions.
• Own and evolve AI capabilities for website and content intelligence, enabling teams to discover, understand, optimize, and manage website content.
• Define and prioritize business use cases, translate marketing needs into AI product requirements, build roadmaps and value cases, drive stakeholder alignment, monitor adoption and business impact, and continuously evolve solutions based on user feedback.
• Identify, develop, and scale AI agents to improve marketing performance and productivity, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for solution internalization and maintenance.
• Design performance measurement frameworks and integrate agents into daily marketing operations, driving adoption among Marcom Managers.
• Define and execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, monitor brand visibility in large language models, identify content gaps, improve discoverability and citations, and build reporting frameworks for AI visibility.
• Lead the evaluation, implementation, and business adoption of AI-powered marketing capabilities, define implementation priorities, develop use cases and business cases, drive adoption, measure productivity and performance impact, and identify future opportunities for agentic automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• At least 15 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Martech, or Digital Experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating emerging technologies into business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Expertise in emerging AI metrics (Brand Mention Rate, AI Share of Voice/Visibility, Prompt Coverage, Citation Rate, Agentic Traffic, AI Referral Traffic).
• Advanced data & analytics skills, including marketing performance data, website analytics, search analytics, campaign reporting, experimentation results, and AI visibility metrics.
• Understanding of search & knowledge systems (semantic search, enterprise search, knowledge retrieval, source attribution, GraphRAG concepts).
• Knowledge of agentic AI (AI agents, multi-agent systems, tool calling, workflow orchestration, agentic automation).
• Strong understanding of generative AI (LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, Retrieval Augmented Generation, AI-assisted content generation).
• Experience in AI product management (use-case identification, product roadmap management, business case development, stakeholder management, change management, adoption management).
• Expertise in digital marketing (SEO, GEO, paid media, digital content strategy, customer journeys, conversion optimization, marketing performance analytics).
• Innovation leadership (opportunity assessment, proof of concept creation, experimentation frameworks, value realization, cross-functional collaboration).
• Familiarity with banking operations or financial products is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, UX Design, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
• Certifications in Figma, service design, Adobe Analytics, Content Square, Agile (Scrum) are valued.

• Fluency in Dutch or French is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
