Keystone Solutions is seeking an Expert Business Analyst to join a client-site mission within the Fraud Cluster. You will represent Keystone as you reinforce the Customer Servicing and Efficiency tribe and lead Opus ownership with agile ideation.

You will drive end-to-end feature work, collaborate with squad members, validate requirements with mockups, and support go-live with change management for banking fraud prevention projects.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Experience with Opus ownership role.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst Expert within the Fraud Cluster. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Reinforce the Fraud Cluster in the "Customer Servicing and Efficiency" tribe as an Expert Business Analyst.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS), with a preference for experience in fraud prevention and detection in banking.
• Lead end-to-end features and opuses (Opus owner, feature owner), mastering Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Collaborate with squad colleagues and contributors to elaborate solutions, in line with priorities and scope set by product owners.
• Lead business analysis, participate in functional analysis, facilitate business needs collection, and coordinate contributors and stakeholders during ideation and refinement phases.
• Challenge business needs for efficiency, future-oriented solutions, and strategic fit, and document them clearly.
• Ensure regular, clear communication with business stakeholders, validate requirements (including use of mock-ups and visuals), and ensure customer experience aspects are covered.
• Translate business/client needs into requirements for target solutions, challenge for efficiency, and document needs for autonomous squad progress.
• Prepare and participate in end-to-end testing of new functionalities, report on progress, defects, and risks.
• Support business onboarding for new solutions, map needs to delivered functionalities, and monitor at go-live (change management).
• Identify, communicate, and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to keep progress on track and share transparently.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

• Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Experience with Agile ideation and refinement techniques.
• Experience with Opus ownership role.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection activities in the banking sector is a differentiating factor.

Technical Experience:

• Expertise in MS Office, especially with data graphs and visualizations.
• Contribution to testing activities.
• Functional analysis and understanding of technical functionalities.
• Preferable: Functional and technical understanding.

Business Experience:

• Excellent business analytic skills (over 6 years relevant experience).
• Project management experience (OPUS and feature ownership, refinement and ideation techniques).
• Preferable: Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention activities in the banking sector.
