Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Consultant for a client-site consultancy role, splitting time between on-site and homeworking. You will own project delivery, align content with client strategy, and drive external content calendars to ensure on-brand messaging.

You will lead content creation, monitor performance, report insights, and support sales with campaigns and tools, while maintaining strong client relationships and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, or Marketing.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Experience in project management and implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and communication techniques/tools.
• Strong organizational insight, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, customer orientation with commercial awareness.
• Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Language proficiency: Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
• 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Digital Marketing & Communications Consultant. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the client’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the single point of contact and product owner for assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and accountability for all stakeholders.
• Be the go-to person for your projects, taking ownership and demonstrating leadership throughout the consultancy engagement.
• Align content (including podcasts and campaigns) with the client’s strategy, developing content linked to key pillars for consistent messaging.
• Plan, create, and track an external content calendar to ensure all communications are on-brand and delivered on time.
• Deliver cohesive, high-impact content that drives engagement and supports the client’s objectives.
• Monitor organic content performance, tracking all campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Report monthly insights and suggest optimisations to improve results, turning data into actionable improvements.
• Own the media plan and follow up with performance agencies as required.
• Bridge marketing communications and sales, translating business needs into assets such as sales tools, onboarding materials, and campaigns.
• Ensure marketing communications directly enable sales success and improve customer experience.
• Play a key role in developing various communication and promotional strategies to promote the client’s mission, services, or products.
• Oversee the production and/or personally write articles and press releases that address or promote the client’s business goals.
• Facilitate communication outside the organization and address internal communications issues, developing effective ways to inform employees of crucial information.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Proven experience in project management and implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Expertise in MS Office and very good knowledge of communication techniques and tools.
• Strong organizational insight, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, diplomacy, and customer orientation, with commercial awareness and affinity for upscale clientele.
• Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Language requirements: Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
