Keystone Solutions seeks a Senior Scrum Master to join the Agile, Tools and Process team within Marketing & Communications. The role is client-site consultancy, representing Keystone Solutions and delivering value on diverse projects.

You will drive change across squads, facilitate ceremonies, and mentor teams while promoting maturity, ownership, and autonomy in transformation contexts.

Qualifications

Mission Overview:

The client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the Agile, Tools and Process team within the Marketing & Communications department. This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Drive change and agility throughout the cluster and multiple squads.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies at both cluster and squad levels.
• Steer the continuous improvement cycle in collaboration with product owners, squads, and stakeholders.
• Foster an agile culture and enhance team dynamics.
• Support teams in resolving blockers and streamlining processes, promoting maturity, ownership, and autonomy.
• Coach and facilitate agile practices and values.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
• Work under pressure, with attention to detail and tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a scrum master in a transformation context.
• Experience coaching and implementing agile values and mindset.
• Experience with process improvements in complex corporate environments.
• Experience in marketing & communications environments.
• Experience in agile transformations in non-IT environments.
• Organisational talent with strong analytical, critical, conceptual, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and convince in challenging transformation contexts.
• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Professional knowledge of French, Dutch, and English.
• Technical experience: mandatory; preferable experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Wrike, or other agile backlog tooling.
• 50% on-site and 50% homeworking, or as required by the cluster/squads.
