Keystone Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to work on AML, KYC, and Financial Security data projects. The role involves delivering data-centric solutions and collaborating with product owners, architects, and SMEs to validate requirements.

Applicants should have at least 4 years of relevant experience, strong SQL, data concepts, and familiarity with BI tools. The position supports 50% on-site and 50% remote work within Belgium.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with good Dutch and French understanding.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Data Analyst, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver expert services for our client, focusing on AML, KYC, and Financial Security data domains. You will operate under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model, engaging in dynamic projects and diverse environments.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and Financial Security frameworks to drive data-centric solutions.
• Drive business analysis from ideation to delivery, including business case development, requirements co-creation, and continuous solution improvement in line with evolving needs.
• Analyze and map existing data flows, user roles, and usage while identifying data issues, to then define target solutions and use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and SMEs to validate requirements, ensure alignment between business and development teams, and maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis.
• Translate business needs into test conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing, while supporting data architecture design, solution validation, and quality reviews of prototypes.
• Facilitate delivery through testing, change management, and report/dashboard creation, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience (Mandatory):

• Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods
• Knowledge of IT testing
• Good understanding of data concepts (big data, BI, reporting, dashboarding, data vault, data marts)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL querying
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset)

Technical Experience (Preferable):

• Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide
• Familiarity with reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Ability to slice epics and features into actionable user stories, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Hands-on experience with backlog refinement, dependency mapping, and story-slicing techniques

Business Experience (Mandatory):

• Deep, hands-on expertise in AML, KYC, and broader Financial Security data domains
• Strong stakeholder manager skills
• Strong ability to bridge business and IT
• Proven project management skills
• Strong experience with requirements management
• Good understanding of workflow processes

Business Experience (Preferable):

• Good knowledge of banking activities, customer data and compliance is a plus
• Experience in creating and maintaining Agile roadmaps (e.g., quarterly/annual planning) and prioritizing backlogs to balance stakeholder needs with team capacity
