Job summary

Sia is seeking a Managing Director to accelerate growth by leveraging business development, sales, account management and content expertise. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners globally, including consultants in Belgium, to drive sales and people management with the Partner.

You will lead engagements, craft proposals, and guide delivery across key clients, building strong teams and delivering strategic transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• 8+ years of consultancy experience.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy engagements.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; quickly build expertise.
• Dynamic with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing and new clients.
• Lead commercial proposals with senior managers and managers.
• Attain both sales and delivery targets.
• Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients.
• Provide industry guidance, strategies and best-practice implementation.
• Build and lead your team of consultants on missions and in commercial endeavours.
