Job summary

Sia seeks a Managing Director to drive growth from Belgium, covering sales and delivery for both existing and new clients. You will lead proposals with senior leadership, manage multiple engagements, and steer business delivery with a focus on strategic analytics, AI, and transformation initiatives.

You will build and mentor a diverse consulting team, collaborate across global partners, and shape industry strategies while maintaining a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher.
• 8+ years of experience in a consultancy.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development or organizational transformation.
• Capable of selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients and new clients.
