Sia, a leading management consulting group, invites a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will lead projects, build relationships with middle and top management, and drive client value while mentoring juniors and contributing to business development.

Based in Belgium, you will collaborate across sectors, design key deliverables, facilitate workshops, and take ownership of client engagements, with opportunities for international assignments and a focus on data and AI topics.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years experience as a consultant.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Fluent French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects and deliver key outputs for clients.
