Sia is seeking a (Senior) Manager for Energy, Resources & Utilities in Brussels. You will lead missions, develop the business in Belgium, and coach consultants across teams while shaping our market-facing thought leadership.

You will analyze market evolutions and craft proposals that meet client needs, driving growth and delivering high-quality services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with clients, and contribute to bids and strategy development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a top university in a relevant field.
• Strong insight into the energy, resources & utilities market.
• 6–10 years of senior consulting experience in energy.
• Self-starting and entrepreneurial with proven business development skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and French and English; German a plus.

Responsabilités
