Qualifications

• Master’s degree completed.
• At least 8 years experience in a consultancy.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
• Ability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment within a varied team.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to quickly build expertise.
• Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients but also new clients.
• Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
• Attain both sales and delivery targets.
• Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients.
• Provide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices.
• Build and lead your team of consultants on missions but also in commercial endeavors.
