Delt Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Manager of M&A Transformation to bridge strategy and execution across the full M&A lifecycle. You will advise C-level leaders on value creation, lead teams, and shape new service offerings in a fast-growing, global firm.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, operations and finance, driving growth, and developing client relationships across Belgium. The role offers hybrid work and opportunities to scale the team within a renowned Deloitte ecosystem.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in business, economics, or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/strategy consulting, performance improvement, corporate finance, or cost reduction.
• M&A transaction experience.
• Proven track record in team and project management.
• Strong financial acumen and business judgment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders (analysts to C-suite).
• Fluent in English + Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead & advise: Partner with C-level executives to develop and implement growth and value creation strategies across the M&A cycle.
• Drive insights: Analyze financial, operational, and market data to uncover conclusions and build data-driven narratives for stakeholders.
• Manage & build: Lead a team delivering high-impact projects on time, expanding client relationships and shaping new services.
• Cover the full M&A cycle: Pre-deal (synergy opportunities), Transaction (due diligence, modeling, structuring), Post-deal (integration planning).
