PwC Belgium is seeking an M&A Consultant to lead and contribute to integration and value-driven post-deal initiatives. You will work across finance, IT, HR, legal and tax in a collaborative, international setting.

You will translate complex operational topics into financial insights, drive value creation and support ongoing transformation in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• You bring relevant experience in M&A, consulting or project management.
• Master’s degree with a strong academic track record.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead or contribute to integration and carve-out programmes across strategy to execution.
• Perform operational due diligence to identify opportunities and risks.
• Define and implement target operating models, governance structures and value tracking frameworks.
• Post-deal, structure and drive value creation initiatives aligned with priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, Legal and Tax to deliver end-to-end deal support.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients and act as a proactive point of contact.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and business development initiatives.
