Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Manager M&A Transformation to join Deloitte’s M&A Transformation team—the bridge between consulting excellence and transaction execution. You’ll advise C-suite on value creation, lead teams, and drive insights across the M&A lifecycle.

Based in Belgium, you’ll shape new service offerings, grow the team, and build client relationships spanning the entire deal process—from pre-deal synergy to post-deal integration.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in business, economics, or finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial/strategy consulting, performance improvement, corporate finance, or cost reduction—either in a consulting firm or in industry.
• M&A transaction experience.
• Proven track record in team and project management.
• Strong financial acumen and business judgment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders (from analysts to C-suite).
• Fluent in English + Dutch or French.

We’re looking for a Manager M&A Transformation, a future strategic leader to join Deloitte’s M&A Transformation team—the bridge between consulting excellence and transaction execution. As Belgium’s largest M&A provider, we’re handling the deals that matter. And we’re growing fast.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, advising C-suite leaders on value creation, synergy realization, and post-deal success. You’ll lead teams, drive insights from complex data, and build client relationships that span the entire M&A lifecycle. What You’ll Do

• Lead & advise: Partner with C-level executives to develop and implement growth and value creation strategies. Identify where deal value lives, and how to unlock it, across the entire M&A cycle.
• Drive insights: Dig into complex financial, operational, and market data to uncover key conclusions in a transaction. Translate complexity into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders. Build data-driven factbooks and diagnostics that fuel meaningful client conversations.
• Manage & build: Lead a team to deliver high-impact projects on time and on strategy. Proactively spot business opportunities and expand client relationships. Develop new service offerings and mentor team members, help shape the future of the team.
• Cover the full M&A cycle: You’ll work across the entire M&A journey:
  • Pre-deal: Synergy identification, optimization opportunities, carve-out assessments
  • Transaction: Business due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring insights
  • Post-deal: Integration planning, separation management, target operating model design
