Deloitte Belgium is seeking a Manager in M&A Transaction Advisory Services to lead due diligence engagements, own the financial story of transactions, and advise on valuation and deal structure for private family-owned businesses.

You will help entrepreneurs make informed decisions while collaborating with a 45-person team across Belgium, in a hybrid work setup that combines on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial due diligence and M&A advisory.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead due diligence engagements and manage engagement teams for M&A deals.
• Advise on valuation, deal structure and financial modelling for private companies.
