Deloitte Belgium is seeking a (Senior) Consultant in our Transaction Services group to support clients with financial advice during M&A and transformation projects. You will work with a team of M&A and Strategy professionals on vendor due diligence, valuations, business modelling, SPA advice and negotiations, and M&A strategy.

You hold a Master’s degree in finance or economics, 2–5 years in audit or M&A, and have strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills, with fluency in Dutch,

Qualifications

• Master's degree with postgraduate education in finance or economy.
• 2–5 years of audit experience and/or other M&A related experience.
• Experience in financial due diligence and valuations is a strong asset.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; good PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Support clients with financial advice during M&A or transformation projects.
