Deloitte Belgium zoekt een ervaren professional voor de M&A & Finance-tak. Je leidt due diligence- engagements en beheert het financiële verhaal van transacties voor familiebedrijven, met focus op waardering en dealstructuur.

Je combineert diepgaande analyse met strategisch advies en bouwt sterke relaties met klanten, tijdig en nauwkeurig. Een master en 5+ jaar relevante ervaring zijn vereist, met NL/EN uitstekend; FR is een plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required.
• ≥5 jaar relevante ervaring in financiële due diligence en M&A advisory.
• Affinity met M&A & Corporate Finance.
• Passie voor financiële cijfers en analyse met aandacht voor detail.
• Oplossings- en doelgerichte denker.
• Zelfstandig met professionele assertiviteit.
• Sterke vaardigheden in projectmanagement en Excel.
• Goede communicatie en relaties opbouwen; lees- en schrijfforst in Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van due diligence-onderzoeksprojecten.
• Verantwoordelijk voor het financiële verhaal van transacties.

Our M&A & Finance team delivers professional services in M&A transactions related to both sell- and buy side for family owned business. Those services are embedded into an end-to-end buy-side approach (valuation, negotiation, documentation, contracting…), focusing on private owned corporate companies. Typically our services are delivered on "moments that matter" to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence engagements.
• Own the financial story of transactions.
• Advise on valuation and deal structure.
• Help entrepreneurs make the right decisions.
• Think strategically alongside clients.

Qualifications

• You hold a Master’s degree.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of financial due diligence and M&A advisory.
• You have affinity with M&A & Corporate Finance market.
• You are passionate about financial numbers and analysis, with a strong attention to details.
• You are a solution and goal-oriented thinker.
• You have the necessary competencies to perform your job independently while using professional assertiveness.
• You have acquired good skills in project management and excel spread-sheeting.
• You have the ability to communicate clearly, persuade and influence.
• You are able to recognise your client’s needs.
• You are a team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
