SEIDOR, Brussels onsite, seeks an experienced Project Manager for Learning & Development and training projects. You will lead planning, design, execution and evaluation of training initiatives, coordinating stakeholders across international offices and leveraging AI literacy initiatives.

The role emphasizes detailed project planning, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to roll out new tools and learning programs in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of proven project management experience.
• Strong experience managing training, Learning & Development or organisational learning projects.
• Experience preparing project estimates (timelines, costs, resources).
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders during training design and implementation.
• Experience designing, coordinating or delivering training initiatives.
• Experience organising training for remote offices or international teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage Learning & Development and training projects from preparation through implementation and reporting.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand needs and shape training solutions.
• Prepare detailed training project plans with scope, timelines and milestones.
• Estimate time, costs and resources required for training initiatives.
• Identify trainers and resources needed for delivery.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across design and delivery of programmes.
• Monitor execution to stay aligned with timelines, budget and quality.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status reports to management.
