OMP, a leading provider optimizing global supply chains, seeks an experienced Instructional Designer in Gent, Belgium. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences and lead the development of training materials, including recording videos and advising on formats.

The role is 70% instructional design and 30% training administration, supporting onboarding follow-up, learning path maintenance, and global onboarding alignment.

Qualifications

• Degree in educational sciences, pedagogy, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience using AI for learning creation (prompting agents or multi-agent systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong IT affinity since trainings are technical.
• Ability to quickly acquire supply chain knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with experts, trainers, and stakeholders to create effective learning experiences.
• Lead creation or conversion tracks with a focus on e-learning from start to finish.
• Manage training subscriptions and coordinate logistics (participants, teachers, room bookings).
• Maintain LMS content and training materials (PeopleFluent).
• Work with teams on onboarding forecasts and learning path alignment.
