SEIDOR in Belgium is seeking an experienced Training Project Manager to drive corporate learning initiatives across HQ and delegations, with a focus on GenAI-enabled learning and online components. You will design plans, estimate timelines and budgets, monitor execution, and maintain a central repository using Hive or similar tools, ensuring timely management reporting.

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in project management.
Experience designing and delivering training initiatives.
Experience with GenAI tools in learning and development.
Proficiency with PM tools: MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
PMI, PRINCE2, or PM² certification.

Responsabilités

Manage training projects for EEAS personnel across HQ and Delegations.
Estimate timing, cost and resources for future projects including AI-related tools.
Plan and monitor training project plans and provide timely reports to management.
Maintain a comprehensive repository data using Hive or equivalent tools.
Track potential deviations on time, cost or resources and propose viable alternatives to management.
Integrate GenAI tools and similar technologies in learning and development projects.
