Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Technology Transformation to lead a major technology modernization initiative. You will own the technology roadmap, oversee programs and projects, and develop a Project Manager within the team.

With 10+ years in project and program management, you will drive governance, budgeting and cross-functional coordination across IT and business units, including a challenging AS400 carve-out and international group stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven leadership of large-scale technology or IT transformation programs.
• Experience with legacy modernization and application rationalization.
• Strong governance, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex technology transformation programs from roadmap to implementation.
• Drive simplification and modernization of IT landscape including a major AS400 carve-out.
• Establish program structure, governance, planning and reporting.
• Translate strategic technology objectives into workstreams, deliverables and priorities.
• Manage interdependencies across applications, processes, data, infrastructure and partners.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, resource constraints and roadblocks.
• Oversee financial planning, resource allocation and benefits tracking.
• Ensure alignment between business, IT, transformation teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate with stakeholders from operational teams through ExCom and Board level.
• Lead, coach and develop the Project Manager assigned to the program.
