Taleo Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a transformation program in the CRM area, modernizing legacy CRM applications with external vendors for large-scale IT delivery. The role requires strong governance, risk management, and a track record in Telco BSS environments.

You will oversee meetings, budgets, timelines, and quality across IT, business, and suppliers, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and offshore partners.

Qualifications

• University degree, with at least 10 years' experience.
• Proven experience in IT Program Management in the Telco environment.
• Previous experience in IT roles.
• Knowledge of the systems used (Telco BSS).
• Technical expertise in at least one of: Telco Billing systems, Telco Order Management systems, Telco Contact Center, system integration (API/Web Service, connectivity, security)

Responsabilités

• Organize meetings with all stakeholders (IT, suppliers, business) according to the program governance in place.
• Identify program risks and act accordingly to reduce and/or mitigate them.
• Follow the quality of operations, support change management, and drive improvement plans.
• Follow the technical implementation until the MTP, including the testing phase, and take all needed actions to ensure delivery on time, on budget, and on quality.
• Coordinate all the above tasks and communicate on their status via the platform/process in place.
• Follow the program budget to keep it within the validated limits.

A new transformation program has started for the CRM area to transform Legacy CRM Applications. The goal is to modernize legacy applications to reduce obsolescence and offer a better experience and security for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with technical knowledge in Telco BSS and proven experience in IT delivery with several external vendors on large-scale projects.

• Organize meetings with all stakeholders (IT, suppliers, business) according to the program governance in place
• Identify program risks and act accordingly to reduce and/or mitigate them
• Follow the quality of operations, support change management, and drive improvement plans
