Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone tracking.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing issues proactively.
Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and governance documentation.
Facilitate governance meetings and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery aligns with organizational standards.
Drive change management activities to support successful project adoption.
Monitor project performance, budgets, and resource allocation.
Mentor project team members and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
