DKV Belgium N.V. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Transformation team in Brussels. You will lead a 20-person group of transformation leads, analysts, and BPM experts, guiding delivery across our technology modernization journey, including AS400 carve-out.

You will manage people and programs, ensure governance, manage stakeholders from operations to the group level, and drive successful outcomes with a structured, result-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, IT or related field.
• 10+ years in program/project management and leading teams (insurance context preferred).
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage one or more program managers and a team of transformation leads and analysts.
• Govern and deliver technology roadmaps and new tech implementations.
• Identify dependencies, risks and actions; plan financial, resource, and delivery milestones.
