Keystone Solutions is seeking a Lead Program Manager to drive a major data transformation program on site with our client. You will govern strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery, coordinating initiative owners and IT leads to ensure a coherent, value-driven transformation.

We require 10+ years in program management or enterprise change, strong data/analytics experience (data platforms, governance, Power BI), and recognized PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, Prince2 MSP).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management or Enterprise Transformation
• Experience with Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Governance, Data Products and Reporting ecosystems
• Strong leadership, executive presence and stakeholder management skills
• PM Certification: PMP, PgMP, Prince2 Practitioner or MSP (or equivalent)
• Excellent written and spoken communication in multiple languages as required

Responsabilités

• Define, govern, coordinate, and deliver the client's Data Transformation Program
• Establish modern Self-Service Data Platform and enable data products
• Coordinate initiative owners and delivery leads to ensure coherent strategy and delivery plan
• Drive the transformation roadmap and align with executive management
• Assist executive management with decision-making and reporting
• Drive adoption of Data Products and Self-Service capabilities
• Own program risk and dependencies and ensure governance compliance
