DKV Belgium, part of the Munich Re Group, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the Transformation team in Brussels. You will manage one project manager and drive the technology roadmap, including the AS400 carve-out, focused on simplifying the IT landscape.

The role combines people leadership with program governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across ERGO, Munich Re, ExCom and the Board. A master’s degree and 10+ years PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in program/project management with track record leading project teams (insurance context preferred).
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the transformation team; align with objectives and plan for success.
• Manage interdependencies, prerequisites, risks, and roadblocks across programs.
• Plan financial, resource and delivery schedules; ensure governance and compliance.
