European Payments Initiative seeks a Design Lead for Interoperability to shape the next generation of Europe’s payments ecosystem. You will translate multi-party requirements into intuitive journeys across banks, merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and partner schemes.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external partners in a remote-first setup to ensure fast, secure, accessible solutions across markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a product-led environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to balance craft, speed, and pragmatism.
• Ability to maintain clear, well-structured design artifacts and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver world-class interoperable payment journeys across a multi-party ecosystem.
• Lead conception and prototyping of critical interoperability journeys.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Translate complex interoperability challenges into clear, usable interfaces.
• Provide design continuity across discovery, prototyping, pilot, integration, and rollout.
