European Payments Initiative is seeking a Product Operations Manager to connect Product, Engineering and Design across Europe. You will help establish scalable operating models, governance, reporting, and knowledge management practices for hundreds of initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Directors, Engineering Managers and senior stakeholders to scale Wero across markets while driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in a remote-first, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing operating models, governance frameworks and processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI and reporting experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Design and improve the operating model for Product, Engineering and Design to enable scalable collaboration.
• Define and optimise governance, planning and SDLC processes across teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives for delivery health.
• Establish and maintain an operational KPI framework with visibility into performance.
• Build dashboards, reporting and insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Create a scalable knowledge management framework and governance of Confluence and templates.
• Support strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives for CPTO and PEX leadership.
• Drive alignment and execution across multiple teams in a fast-growing environment.
