European Payments Initiative (EPI) seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to drive the Belgian and Luxembourg rollout of Wero. You will bridge banks and EPI, tailor implementation plans, and coordinate stakeholders to go-live.

You will partner with Product, Scheme, Engineering, Marketing and Operations, reporting to the Chief Implementation Officer. This remote-first role includes quarterly in-person meets and EU travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in financial services, payments, or consulting.
• Proven project management in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (CEFR C1/C2).

Responsabilités

• Onboard new members and design EPI implementation plans with governance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the implementation plan.
• Act as liaison between members and EPI to ensure timely deployment.
• Coordinate tech, legal, branding, marketing, and product aspects.
• Lead steerco sessions with the member's project manager.
• Track KPIs, identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Refine implementation approach and standardize rollout.
• Share best practices across the ecosystem.
