European Payments Initiative is seeking an Implementation Manager to drive the rollout of Wero across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will act as the link between banks and EPI, designing tailored plans and ensuring seamless go-live through strong governance and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services or consulting, a Master's degree, and fluent English and Dutch. This remote-first position offers EU-wide flexibility with quarterly in-person meetings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, payments, or consulting, preferably with Belgian or Luxembourgish PSPs.
• Proven project management experience in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Ability to lead from a business perspective with a tech affinity.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; other European languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely in a pan-European, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation across Belgian and Luxembourgish markets, coordinating between banks and EPI.
• Develop tailored implementation plans and ensure go-live readiness.
• Onboard new members and co-design their EPI implementation plan with governance structures.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the plan and resolve product, rules, and technical challenges.
• Lead steerco sessions with member PMs and monitor KPIs for progress.
• Collaborate with product, scheme, engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
