Job summary

Brevco Services is seeking a seasoned DevOps professional in Belgium to manage hybrid infrastructure and orchestration platforms. The role focuses on deploying container workloads, building automated CI/CD pipelines, and enforcing security within deployment pipelines across on‑prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, with strong scripting, IaC, and observability skills in an Agile setting. On-site work in Belgium is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on DevOps or automated platform management experience.
• Solid experience deploying and administering container workloads on Kubernetes, Rancher, RKE2 and Docker.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps, pipeline automation, and version control with GitLab, ArgoCD or Jenkins.
• IaC experience with Terraform and automated configuration with Ansible.
• Hybrid infrastructure management across VMware and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Scripting in Bash or Python to automate tasks and tooling.
• Experience with observability stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK; strong Agile collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer container orchestration platforms and onboard applications to production.
• Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and delivery.
• Provision and manage hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Establish monitoring, logging and alerting for platform reliability.
• Embed security and compliance into deployment pipelines and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and deployment issues across agile teams.
